FARM-TO-TABLE PLEIN AIR

November 2018 - February 2019

Brandywine Conservancy properties

Farm to Table Plein Air is entering its’ fourth year as project of Land Art Events. This year marks the second year of an exciting partnership between area artists, local farmers markets, and the Brandywine Conservancy.

The event’s goal is to bring awareness through art to the incredible resources of open space and sustainable agriculture in our region. A combination of juried, invited and open artists will produce work over a ten month period on private lands permanently protected by the Brandywine Conservancy.  The entire project will culminate in an art show and the locally-grown celebration “Palette to Palate”™ on October 26, 2019. Ticket sales will begin in September.

RAISING AWARENESS OF LAND CONSERVATION THROUGH ART

LandArt Events strives to bring awareness and educate communities through the arts by focusing on land use, conservation and the connection to agricultural community.

LandArt Events will support and encourage artists, especially plein air painters and other artists using the environment as inspiration. This will be done by providing painting and exhibition opportunities to established and upcoming fine artists.

LandArt Events will also provide educational opportunities for it’s participating artist.

LandArt Events strives to bring awareness of both conservation and the arts to future generations by offering Community Days where students and the public are given the opportunity to create with artists.
